Service
Lan Tel Services, Inc. provides on call maintenance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Emergency services are provided within 2 hours plus travel time. This includes items such as attendant console out, total system outage, 20% or more of system out of service.
Routine service is provided within 48 hours or the next two working days. This includes adds, moves, and changes, or minor equipment failures.
Maintenance contracts are available after the warranty period has expired. Maintenance can also be performed on a time and material basis.
